Biographical Sketch:

Dr. Stefan A Andren grew up in Middleton, Wisconsin which was named “the best place to live 2007” by Money Magazine.  He moved to Maine in 2002 and now considers this the best place to live, period.  Several hundred hours of continuing education and advanced study have allowed him to gain expertise in all facets of general and cosmetic dentistry, and he is constantly working to get even better.

Dr. Andren strongly believes that everyone deserves the best oral health care possible, delivered in a caring and personalized way.  By listening to patients’ concerns and desires as a first step, it is possible to make dentistry an experience that is both comfortable and empowering.  Combining this open approach with the improved science and technology now available, people can get the teeth and smile they have always wanted in an environment that is more relaxed. Dr. Andren is dedicated to helping people with their oral concerns and is excited about bringing his skills to such a compassionate and outstanding practice.

Dr. Andren lives in the East End of Portland. He enjoys hiking, basketball, tennis, volleyball, kayaking, guitar, and piano.  He is active with international volunteer dentistry and traveled to the Dominican Republic this past winter to donate his time and services to the impoverished and refugees along the Haitian border.  Dr. Andren is happily accepting new patients so please give a call to become part of our dental family.
